I recently purchased a 1995 Legend really cheap from an auto auction. Needless to say the car has some things wrong with it. Nothing major but I wanted to get a new stereo head unit and possibly speakers. I no nothing about car audio and wanted to know what dimensions or sizes to look for for the head unit.

  1. Which auto auction??? I have to know….We buy from interstate in NH. Does the car have a stereo in in now? Is it after market or original?

You basically can call any Acura dealer give them the vin and they will tell you the equipment that you would need….really not knowing much just go to any audio installer and say you are inquiring about an audio system and want to get a quote, ask lots of questions…get your free info and go.

I usually deal with saabs, hondas, and rx-7′s…..so I don’t know to much. But if you need help email me I work with all kinds of different people and can give you the info…

Most likely if you have a radio don’t take it out unless you are going to replace it….a lot of car’s have a stereo code to turn it back on…unless you have it…as well as installing a new one….you will have to call a dealer and give them your vin to get it if you don’t have it….
