  1. NUMBER 1 RULE: Not too old of a car and low mileage.
    Try looking at Used Scion Tc, It looks nice and pretty reliable.

  2. find the vehicle you are interested in then have a mechanic look at it for any problems or possible future problems also always get a car fax report you should be able to get a decent car for that price

    I would get a Saturn Ion as a reliable first car.
