  3. point out all the negatives you see like any repairs needed ect. plus how long hes been holding the vehicle if hes been trying to sell the vehicle for a month or 2 or more point that out that always gives them a slap of reality.

  4. Tell the seller you will give them ex amount of dollars cash. They say yes great. If they say no turn and walk are always more cars for sale remember cash is harder to come by than cars. Good luck
