   Eventhough I know this has to be fake….I still love it and wish repo men could get away with stuff like that. Sometimes, the debtor deserves it. Repo men teach “responsibility”….Don’t get in over your head and buy something you know you can’t pay for….hey….maybe they should repo The House, The Senate, and the White House from the democrats!!!

    I have no problem with repo men who act like professionals, but what he did to that woman was completely illegal. Auto repossession is strictly a civil matter, and you can’t engage people in physical confrontations or commit a breach of the peace when taking a car. She needs to learn to pay her bills, but he needs to be locked up and sued big time for assault and breaching the peace.

    That’s a load of bull, if the only car that you can afford to get that isn’t financed, is 500$, then your credit is bad enough that you probably need to get taht 500$ car. People seem to think that they need to drive a 20k car even though they work at taco bell, the samrt thing to do is to buy a 2 to 4k car and save up money until you can afford what you want. You didn’t need a big expensive car, you got yourself into that situation, these are the consequences.

    That’s SWEET! I need to do that when they come for my car in a few months. What do you do when the bank sues you? I had that happen before when I refused to give the car back. They served me at work to go to court over not giving back the property. What do you do in that situation?

    How do you pay your bills when you recently become unemployed and nobody will hire you because all of the other companies are laying off, too? That “pay your bills” shit don’t work. The trick is not to finance a car at all. Buy a used car with 200,000 miles for $500 and call it a day. NOT!

    Assuming the video is real, this guy was assaulted by the woman first when she ran at him and pushed him first. Plus once a bank files for repossesion the car becomes the bank’s property. Therefore she just commited grand theft auto by driving away.
