  8. @SMGJohn How the hell are you gonna hit duck tape sammiched between slabs of steel? O.o

    Comment by peepeevagi — June 8, 2011 @ 12:00 pm

  9. @peepeevagi I just shoot the duck tape and the whole thing would just fall apart

  10. @SMGJohn That’s all stuff those things will NEVER see. Things they WILL see however, usually large caliber rifles and LAW rockets, will at least have a challenge on their hands.

  19. Ya dig a trench , put a tree in the way… whatever… get gasoline/kerosine whatevr on it… light it somehow. Everything has some counter-thing. Just contemplate it for a few minutes & see SO Many ideas come…

  20. Someone been watching the “A-Team”..? miss that show… =D

    Comment by TubeDeviant — June 8, 2011 @ 12:00 pm

  21. @hstone39 It’s quite genius really. You need armored transportation, uparmor a large truck that can carry said heavy armor. It’s no more stupid than the bob semple tank.

    Comment by peepeevagi — June 8, 2011 @ 12:00 pm

  22. @SMGJohn And that makes it any less armored, it being held together with duct tape? So long as it holds, that pile of metal pieces will absorb quite a bit of damage.

    Comment by peepeevagi — June 8, 2011 @ 12:00 pm

  23. @Ravenous1369 And there’s bullet proof glass that’ll withstand .30-06, and even RPG rounds (There’s a video of it here on youtube lol). Nothing short of REAL firepower would get through one of these beasts. Bullet proof glass gets super thick, and some of those battle buses have 1″+ of angled armor.

So put your shotgun back above the fireplace farmer john, it wont do ya no good.

    Comment by peepeevagi — June 8, 2011 @ 12:00 pm

  24. @Ravenous1369 And inch of armor? LOL, maybe a quarter of an inch. It takes an awefully larger round to penetrate a full on inch of steel. .50bmg has trouble penetrating an inch at ranges greater than 100m. So no tokarev rifle is going to punch through that armor lol.

And german half tracks (They certainly weren’t shooting at american ones lol), had thin armor. 6mm’s at the thinnest.

    Comment by peepeevagi — June 8, 2011 @ 12:00 pm

  25. I love how everyone states it to be a single truck, and yet there’s multiple different ones, and these have existed for YEARS. It’s not that hard to up-armor a dump truck or slap angled armor on a minibus for chrissakes.
