If I am a Police Officer myself?
If I could than would I have a better chance of winning a car that I would bid on?
Thanks

  1. I believe you need to have an auctioners license in order to bid on a car.

  2. Every jurisdiction is different. I could check the rules for your jurisdiction. I don’t think you would have a better chance of winning. Everyone is out there bidding on the merchandise.

  3. no licensed is required to bid in a police auction.no police officer in any jurisdiction anywhere are allowed to bid in these auctions.counties are the ones who normally have these auctions. go to the county website and it will have at least some information.if not contact the sheriff’s department in that county and they can tell you.

  4. Depends upon where you are a police officer. Mexico? then probably. US? not in your own juridiction.

By the way, autioneer’s licenses are for those holding auctions, not bidding on them.
