  2. more and more these cars are going to the internet for sale/seems like the days of getting them cheap is gone/the governments make 4to5 times what they did before/check your local gov for auctions

  3. in MN alot of PD’s and sheriff’s departments have public auctions
    that have former squads available

    some departments will just put the ex-squads
    on consignment auctions

    it’s the impound lots where you
    need a dealer license most likely

    i’ve even seen former city squads in small towns
    for sale by city halls with sign in window
