Hello i am looking to buy a repairable truck, im looking to find a yard where insurance sell there autos as salvage or auction them off. Does anybody know of a place where i can go to in California or a good website for salvage cars/repairable cars that is not EBAY?

  1. just about any towing company in the state will have cars and trucks for sale as is, you’d be surprised how many people don’t pick up there vehicles after being towed. there nice ones they put out front for sale at quite a nice profit, but some of the best deals can be made in the back lot for a cream puff that may only need a fender or head gasket, if you can tow it away and do the work yourself everyones happy. the way they look at it is they can sell it to you cheap or the wrecking yard cheaper. but then again a lot of tow company’s have discovered Ebay and those deals are getting harder to find,
