Do I need a lawyer or a credit counselor? I’m already going to see a shrink to get help for my A.D.D. which got me into this mess in the 1st place. Thank in advance!

Legally your alleged ADD has no relevance to your delinquent debt(s)

If you owe more than $15,000, you should speak with a bankruptcy attorney. Usually the first visit is free and the fee could be between $1500 to $2000. You don’t have to spend your money or a doctor.
