It’s not true. I went to an actual government auction in Chattanooga and prices were through the roof.
Ex, 1998 Ford Contour – $ 2,500
1995 Ford Aerostar – $ 2,000
1995 Ford Econoline – $ 2,800
Government auctions will primarily contain Fords, Chevrolet’s and Dodge. They mainly sell fleet vehicles. I would never do an online government auction because most are scams.
