How do you use auto bidding on Ebay? PLEASE HELP!!?

Ok, well I’m tired of people who bid with 1 second to go and win an auction while out bidding you. I figure if you can’t lick’em then join’em. The old fashioned way of refreshing isn’t working very well. I was just wondering how auto bidding works. Is it something Ebay offers on the website or do you have to use another site like this one?: http://www.auctionsniper-ebay.blogspot.c…
Is this legal to use on Ebay? Basically I just want to know how it works and how to use it? Thank you! Your answers are appreciated.

You do not need an outside service for autobidding, ebay has it built in. I looked up the ebay help page for you so you can learn about it and how to use it: http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/automatic-bidding.html
