How Long After Missing A Payment Can A Vehicle Be Repossessed In The State Of Texas?

My friend just missed a car payment on her car because she doesn’t have the money yet. I know it varies from state to state but how long does she have to make the car payment before her car is repossessed?

I’m not for sure but I think it takes 3 months before they repo. But they try to work with you first,

How long before the car gets repossessed for missing payments is going to depend a lot more on the patience of the finance company than what state it’s in.
