If i have an auto loan with HSBC and quit paying on it after I file bankruptcy, once they come repo the car,?
19th February 2011
and sell it at an auction, can they still come after me for the difference of what is owed and what was gotten at auction, even if I filed bankruptcy against them?

Bankruptcy clears all debts. You will owe nothing after auto is sold.

If the amount of the loan on the car was included in the final bankruptcy judgment, then no, they can not pursue you for the money you owe them.
If you get a notice of delinquency from them, return it with a copy of the bankruptcy judgment with their loan high lited. If they persist, then advise them you will contact an attorney if they don’t stop harassing you.
