  1. No,,,It seems that you cant becasue maybe others also want to get that car.
    In fact,bidding is not so difficult.You can try Government and Police online auctions.Every day, the government confiscates, seizes and repossesses thousands of Vehicles.These vehicles are usually typically listed at 90% OFF their original value and auctions usually start at $100.
    Two months ago,I bouht a near new SUV from online police auction.It only cost me $730.

  2. No, it wouldn’t be an auction in that case.

    Maybe there are 2 people who want to buy the same car, one is probably willing to pay more than the other.

    An auction establishes the price the market is willing to pay and allows everyone a fair chance to purchase the car.
