You have to have a dealers license to buy vehicles at the Detroit Auto Auction. I was in the car business in mid Michigan for 35 years now retired.

Ive never known a dealer auction to charge one to register. Heck, many even provide free meals to entice dealers to come.
Without a dealers license, you cant register, get in or buy a car.
