The vast majority of good & big auctions ANYWHERE are not open to the public but to dealers only.
However, do an auction search in your areas and call around. While most will be dealer only auctions they might know of some that are open to the public.
Typically, the ones open to the public are not very good or big. mostly very small with mostly low end "clunkers" being sold.
