  2. It’s not larceny because there was no initial trespass. Sly had a legitimate pretext to take the car in the first place, but has simply not renumerated Dim for it. Dim has already demonstrated that he doesn’t want the car, but does want the blue book value of the car or better. Sly owes Dim money, not a car.
