  1. There are services that provide full listings of auctions in your area. They will also give you details of the vehicles being sold and the VIN numbers so you can run a carfax before hand.     It’s good that you want to get the information beforehand, most people show up to an auction uninformed and bid on junk cars. The more prepared you are going into the auction, the better chance you will have at getting a valuable car.
