It’s not on the video but I did open it up after getting around the corner and put the seatbelt thru the wheel. Every repo is different and some times I will take the time to do this before pulling it. This was just one where I decided to pull it out of harms way first because of information we had about the loco that owned it…

man slim that thing and turn the wheels. did ya check the steering wheel? Not being mean just wondering, or i’d of poped the linkage and pulled from the front.
