seized property auction website?

21st September 2009

I am in need of a car for cheap. I keep hearing hearing about these auction websites where you pay some and they give you a bunch of places where auctions are held. I know some of the websites are scams but i want to know if there is any thats not a scam. If anyone knows of a good legitemit website please answer, i am willing to pay.

Thank you

  1. Anyone that is charging you for a list of auctions is ripping you off. Government auctions are advertised in the local papers.

Understand that you are not going to get a great deal at one of these auctions. Dealers watch them, and usually if there is something good there, you will be going up against dealers and other experienced buyers. The idea of getting a nearly new car for several hundred dollars is fantasy!

  4. Go to a public car auction in your state and see the cars for yourself. Bring someone with you who knows more about cars and happy driving.
