It isnt. The Chase is about Picard’s former archeology teacher daring him to go on a mission. when he dies the go on a race with klingons and romulans to complete some kind of DNA pattern. Once they figure it out a hologram explains to them they were the first civilisation and created all life in the Galaxy the klingon said ”thats all!!? where are my weapons of mass destruction” not even concerned by the fact the he just discovered the origins of all life XD
those klingons…
