Hi. I co-signed on a car for my cousin in 2008. The car got repossessed in 2009 and the balance shown as ‘charged off’ on my credit is K. Today they told me if I pay 1/2 the balance they can settle the debt and if not they will send me to judgment. If I don’t pay the ,500 today (don’t have that kind of money) the only option I have to avoid judgment is arrange monthly payment on the entire balance. My question is, will they work with me and lower this at all? Does Wells Fargo typically send people to judgment over this kind of balance (mostly fees) or do they sell it to a collection agency?

Ok, well I’m tired of people who bid with 1 second to go and win an auction while out bidding you. I figure if you can’t lick’em then join’em. The old fashioned way of refreshing isn’t working very well. I was just wondering how auto bidding works. Is it something Ebay offers on the website or do you have to use another site like this one?: http://www.auctionsniper-ebay.blogspot.c…

Is this legal to use on Ebay? Basically I just want to know how it works and how to use it? Thank you! Your answers are appreciated.

I bought something on ebay and used paypal. my invoice says that i was charged 56$ as expected. but when i look at the ebay auction page, it says that the auction ended at . it IS the auction that i bid on, not a second similar auction by the same seller. why are these two prices different? I tried to find out on ebay site but i cant find the question in their auto-help thing and their contact-us thing dosnt work unless your question matchs a premade question from a list.
it was a buy-it-now thing. i paid with paypal. payment details says i won the auction for 56$. the auction site said it went for 75$.
it was 50$ + shipping for a total of 56$ on invoice. auction page says it ended for 75$.

I have a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta where a piston rod shot through the engine block and I need a new engine. The cost of the engine would cost about 00 to replace and I don’t have the money to replace the engine. I currently still have a loan on the car for the next 4 years and I have been paying 0/month with no end in sight. My credit is already low and would not mind letting the car go. As of now the loan value on the car is worth more then the car itself because of the broken engine. Do I let the car go and have it repossessed only to have the bank issue me a bill for the cost of the loan or is there any other alternative that I should consider?
