Ok so I have a 2006 Honda Element which I bought brand new. Now I still owe ,000 on it, which makes it 2 more years of 0 payments. The problem is that I was laid off from my work and had trouble paying for it as well as for the insurance. So I went about 5 months without insurance, and so the place which I finance it with added this ridiculous insurance that was 0 extra a month. So now that I cached up with just my car payments I still have this owe them about 00 just for that insurance, plus of course my regular 0/monthly payments. There is just no way I can afford to pay that for that insurance, I already added my insurance. But that is killing me and it is making me go to the extreme to just let go of my car.

If anyone knows laws in Puerto Rico(US Commonwealth), in early 2007 our car was repossessed. My husband was the primary signer who had his aunt cosign for a car in 2004. A brand new Susuki Aereo. He was in the Marine Corps Active Duty but was soon thereafter transferred into the Reserves. Meaning that his paycheck went from almost 00 a month to only 0 a month. Began studying to become a Paramedic. Needless to say it was impossible to keep up with the almost 0 a month car payment. We tried hard and kept paying it for 2 years until we couldn’t any longer. It was either food or car payment. In 2007 we left the Island. Currently we are in California and are planning on moving back. My husband is pensioned by the Department of VA affairs due to injuries suffered during his service to this Country. A while back we tried paying the Financing Co. and paid 0 a month until they stopped withdrawing from our bank account. Don’t know what happened but they disappeared. His aunt(the cosigner) just found out we are going back and wants to sue him for damages. Please help!!!
We have definitely tried making mends with her although she refuses anything. But keeps threatening my Husband’s Mother and 80 year old Grandfather. That they should repay her for damages. Although yes, her credit was affected and so was my Husbands. As far as actual money, she only paid 0 when the Financing Co. first reached out to her. After that my Husband took over the month payment arrangement.

Ok my husband and I cant agree buy a used car that seats 5 we have 2 small ones both in car seats or buy a brand new small car . We have a new corolla and it only seats us 4 so we cant take nana or friends when we want to go on outings. This will be a 2nd car that we need .

I’m looking into buying a used Jeep Liberty with 19,000 on a new engine. The car has a total of The car has a total of 109,490 miles when you include the miles in the old engine. They are selling it for about 00. Is it worth it? Does a car with a new engine work like brand new?

I have a 2004 Dodge stratus that I owe 13,500 on and its not worth 7000. My husband also has a dodge TRUCK thats not worth 16000 but owes 29000, we are SO negative its not even funny and we both want new cars but cant get one cause our payments would be outrageous cause were so negative. We want new cars and have considered letting ours go back and in the meantime get brand new ones that we can afford and get a new house (rent) in the meantime, something where we can see ourselves being there for a long time. Only thing is i worryabout my credit…. my car is in my name and my husbands grandpa is co signer, on my hubbys truck its in his grandpas name and I am the co signer… how will this hurt me on either way? we want OUT OUT OUT of these negative cars so bad.
