Now my car no longer runs and I need to junk it but the title still has a lien on it. What can I do to get rid of my car? I am not looking for a profit, just want to get rid of it.
I should also note that I do not have the money to pay them off.

They went off a jump and the front of my car was damaged. As of right now all I know is the grill fell off (easy fix), the oil pan needs to be replaced, and the alignment is most likely damaged. I haven’t taken the car into the shop yet, but I’m sure they’ll find more damage when they take a better look. The thing is that I’m making payments on my car to a "finance anyone" place, and my payment is due in 2 weeks. So I want to know what will happen if I can’t make the payment but my car is still damaged. Will they still repo the car? Will they take the car and make me pay for the damage? Or will they do something more severe like try to take me to court for damaging a car that’s not completely mine?

I THINK EVERYONE IS MISSING THE POINT OF THE QUESTION. I’m not asking if you think it’s politically correct for me to pay the money back. I’ve already made up my mind about that. I know i’m responsible for the difference. I want to know about the tax refund and the garnishment of the wages. I understand the logistics behind everything. i know that this is protocol for them. I understand all that. none of that matters to me. i just want to make sure my tax refund and my wages are protected from this foolishness.
they already places a judgment against me but it wasn’t to garnish wages. or else it would have been said in court right?

i know that there are 3 credit reporting agencies. that was a typo. if you notice after that, i said i said i disputed all 3 judgments!
equifax, experian and transunion, yes, i know this. this is one of the 1st things you learn about credit.

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS DISPUTE and the credit agencies will send out a letter asking the company to verify the account if they don’t respond in 30 days , legally it has to be removed.
