I lost both my job and car. I live in a large area and public transportation is questionable at best. Is there anywhere that I can apply for a small loan (no more than 0-00) So I can purchase a used car and find a job in my city?

Im looking to buy a used car. But i noticed that one of the tires will need to be replaced. I want to know what the state minimums are on brake pads, tires and other things. So if i do buy a car and find out later that the (for example) the brake pads were almost gone, i could go back and make them change them out. I live in Arkansas

My place don’t have used car shop so i need to find it through online. Is it possible to buy car through online?

I am looking for a good car that I can find used (probably somewhere under 000), that gets really good gas mileage, and isn’t a prius. I would like to find something that might still be fun to drive and a cool car, but is going to be practical. It needs to be good on the highway, affordable, and again, good gas mileage. Preferably available in manual transmission as well.

I was behind in car payments. Bank wants to repossess, but I am trying to catch the payments up. Are their legitimate laws that will allow the bank to file grand theft auto? Seriously? Not sure where to investigate this on the web. I would think this is civil, not criminal in nature…
