Well lost my job as a result lost my car. Been a few months now and they still want me to pay(which is expected). If i do pay will i get my car back? I believe that the 7,000$ car was "resold" for 500$. My credit is already bad so is there any reason to pay? No lectures please. But I just dont understand why I should pay the other 4000$ when I have already lost my car and probably wouldn’t get it back if I paid. My credit is already bad so bad credit is not an incentive to paying it back. Any where to go for like a 2000$ car in payments? nothing expensive.

Trying to find a good deal on a car or truck can be a tedious task.  Lots of the information you find on the internet is usually out dated or flat out doesn’t make sense.  Being able to find these great seized car auction deals is to look in the right places.  Great deals are all around us, we just need to start opening our eyes.

I’ve been there before; I had an old car that always broke down.  You could always see me looking at the car lots as I drove past them.  I knew that if the right deal came along, I would buy it in a heartbeat.  The problem though, was that I never came across a deal that in my eyes, was a good buy.  I searched the internet night and day until I finally came across a seized car auction, which helped me find the right car at the right price.

Although, after I found the right place to start looking for the insane deals, I never looked back.  I can now say that because of a seized car auction, I was able to buy a car 65% less then the KBB (Kelly Blue Book) suggested value.  If you have ever wondered how some people find these kind of deals, now is your chance to find out.

So if you are also looking for great deals and feel that you have exhausted all of your efforts then try looks at seized car auctions.  You will not be disappointed, and the deals are endless.

After searching the internet for seized car auction information, I have finally found out the best place to find great deals. You can find the same at seized car auctions.

My current car is having some issues and I think its about time to look for another vehicle. Im a recent college graduate that is not making a lot of money and Im having a hard time finding a job that pays good.

I need to get a new car ASAP before my current car dies on me. I would like to know exactly where Police Auctions of repossed-cars are being held at in the Pittsburgh, PA area??? I also would like to know how I can become eligible to purchase vehicles from a Police Auction???? Also, I would like to know how much it would cost for me to register with a Police Auction distribution center????

I have no clue how any of this stuff works and would be extremely grateful to any one who can provide this Information. I really need precise facts about this auction and somebody to actually guide me in the right direction. Im on my own for the first time and having issues with my car. I need factual Information on how to go about this and fast. I just need the basics on where to find a police auction, how much its going to cost for me to register, and last but not least, how do I register with a police auction?????????

I would appreciate any help in achieving this goal, I need a car before my current car dies and I loose my job because I don’t have a car to get to work. PLEASE HELP!!!!\

Thanks in advance to all you who helped me in advance!!! This Information will be greatly appreciated!!!

I am a first time car buyer. I bought an used truck and found out after signing the contracts, that the dealer put the wrong mileage on the contracts. I have proof that the mileage is wrong, and I am wondering if it is legal for the dealer to put inaccurate mileage on contracts. If not, what should I do about this?
The mileage on the contract I signed was wrong, and because of this, I couldn’t take advantage of the John Elway three day guarantee. I made the mistake of trusting the car dealer, and now I am stuck with a truck I don’t want. I have proof that the mileage on the contract was wrong, but I already signed the contract. Is it legal for the car dealer to print inaccurate information on a contract, and is there anything I can do about it?

My story:

I let my uncle use my credit to buy his car. He got the car. made the first 6-8 months of payments. Few months later he failed to pay then he abandoned the car and payments. The car has been repossessed. I don’t have money to pay or job. Now I’m being sued by the bank I owe. I attended the court today. They had me fill a form (name, address etc.) That includes bank information (account number) Vehicle under my name. I owe 00. I know the car is under my name but there’s no way I’m gonna pay for my uncle’s mistake.

I am worried that they might just take money from my bank or tow my current car for them to sell. Any belongings that I owe they can take. I did not give them my account number or car information. I just told them where I bank at.

Should I be worried?
I live in Northern California. If they do not have my bank account can they still get money from my bank with out sending me any notice? I have few cars under my name (paid for/ no loan) I’m also worried they might take one of the cars for filling the balance of 00 with warning?
I mean with no warning?
