You may be wondering on where does the government get these cars and they sell it for a very low price. Actually, the government gets the cars from people who were not able to pay their car loans on time. The government takes the cars back and puts them on auction. If you are lucky enough, you can find a car which is almost brand new. Especially with today’s economy, the number of people who fail to pay their car loans on time is increasing.

A lot of people are buying cars from government car auctions and then sell them for profit. One technique to win bidding on a car is to always get updated with the announcements on when and where an auction will take place. The government itself announces when an auction will take place. I’ll be driving soon and my dad agreed to buy me a car, on one condition: it has to be used and not new. I am looking for a car that gets good gas mileage, is good for the environment, and affordable (under ,000). Know any good cars that meet my requirements and is good for a new driver?

Question by dr.estebandelpleno: Where can I find a PUBLIC list of car auctions in New Jersey?
Please, no pay listings–I know this information is public but the sites that charge for lists of auctions do a good job of blocking anyone from posting such a list. Does anyone know of car auction sites (physical or web) , dealer or private?
Thanks.

I am trying to buy a used car. Its a 2011 Hyundai Sonata PVEZ Limited. It has 393 miles on it. The List price says 29,895 and the internet price says 27,550. I am trying to see if I have any chance of going lower than the internet price at all and if so…by how much should I start off asking in the negotiations? I know the car is practically new, but still. I was thinking starting at ,000.
Getting loan through the dealer.
