Please, no pay listings–I know this information is public but the sites that charge for lists of auctions do a good job of blocking anyone from posting such a list. Does anyone know of car auction sites (physical or web) , dealer or private?

I am trying to buy a used car. Its a 2011 Hyundai Sonata PVEZ Limited. It has 393 miles on it. The List price says 29,895 and the internet price says 27,550. I am trying to see if I have any chance of going lower than the internet price at all and if so…by how much should I start off asking in the negotiations? I know the car is practically new, but still. I was thinking starting at ,000.

I know when buying a new car, you need to pay freight, PDI, taxes, and a bunch of other "fees" on top of the price. Is this the same for buying a used car, or are the prices usually all-in?
I’m from Canada, but I would assume there will be taxes that will need to be paid. However, other than the taxes, are there other fees to watch out for?
