I bought the car from an auto auction, it came with some alloy rims, but it doesn’t come with a "key" to loosen the rims. my question is…Where can I get another "key", so I can unlock them to fix a brake problem I have?

My Sister Has A Used Vehicle,(2004 Dodge Neon). which has been taken from her work place without her notification, she had recently gone to court with the dealership where she got the car from, claiming that she was 2 months behind on payments. she had asked them why they filed through court instead of contacting her about it. when she went to court she proved by her reciepts and check stubs that the payments were up to date and that the only payment that was needed would be next months payment.

the owners of the dealership went to her work place and repossessed the car the next day after their claim was denied. now they are in possession of the vehicle and are claiming that since they got the car back they dont want to go back to court,(they re-filed another claim,which they have just today dropped!), and are now telling my sister that she needs to come up with the remaining balance of the car which is ,656. Or they will be selling it off by auction in another state!

To me, I think that it is not fair what they are doing to my sister and that the contract that was signed by both parties is still effective seeing that it’s not up until february of 2011, which gives her plenty of time to pay the vehicle off!

on the day of the "theft", my sister reported the car stolen to the sheriff’s department and they said since it was taken to court they have to deal with it through the court and there was nothing they can do.since all of this has happened the dealership has called and said that she has 10 days to come up with the money or else!

How Can We Go About Getting My Sisters Car Back Before Anything Else Goes Wrong?

Hello! I want to buy my first car! i’ve heard that people from Mexico go to USA, to auto auctions and they buy cars very very cheap! I only have like ,500 or maybe ,800 USD! and i want to buy a mustang 99 or maybe 2000 for that price (I don’t care if it is crashed! I would fix it later..i only want that the car turn on and wont have any problem with the engine)!
Do you think i can get that car in a auto auction for that price? my cousin in tijuana sells me a mustang 2000 for ,500 USD in the same conditions crashed but turns on ! The only problem is that i don’t know how to drive standard! So I know that it isn’t impossible to get a mustang for that price, I only need to know where to buy it!

*Eclipse Mitsubishi 1999, 2000 or up…
*Cougar mercury 1999, 2000 or up…
*Ford mustang 1999 or up….

Etc! Cars that have the same look more or less like the mustang! maybe a Dodge neon 2002 or up! i know thoose cars are cheap!

What is some good questions and some things to look for when buying a used car off of somebody on the street? Not at a car dealer, i mean as if you saw a vehicle for sale sitting on the side of the road. The car is a 1998 Dodge Neon.

I cant afford my monthly payment and am behind 00.00. My dealership says they can get me a car loan on a less expensive used car with a co-signer and then to have my current vehicle repossessed. They said once I start making regular payments on the new auto loan, then my credit will bounce right back beyond the repo. Is this true? Is this something I should look into doing or is it a dumb idea? My current vehicle is a 2005 Dodge Neon and they dont make them anymore so the trade in value (even with my car in perfect condtion) is only 1/2 of what I still owe on it. What are your thoughts? Serious answers only please. Also if you have had this happen to you, please tell me your story. Thanks!!
My car is financed through Citi Financial Auto and my monthly payment is 4.10 incase that helps you answer. I’m wondering if I could refinance my car loan. Maybe that would get me a lower payment (even if a few dollars) and stop the reposession??
