The Best Cars Deals Are Seized Car Deals Which You Can Pick Up At Government Auctions
31st January 2010
When we are looking for that dream car which we want, we should not overlook seized cars at government auctions. We can take advantages of good deals there. Seized cars are very affordable at government auctions.
A government auction which deals with these kinds of cars is open to any and everyone if they are holding a valid driver’s license and they are at least eighteen years of age. Hey, go for it: get that car of your dream….and for pennies on the dollar also!
With the way that the economy is here lately, there is no reason not to take a look at these government auctions. You can seriously pick up some extremely good deals this way – I mean deals where the cars are only one or two years old.
You might be asking this question: how is it even possible to get such a good deal? Well, seized cars at the government auctions come from a variety of law enforcement agencies. These agencies pick up these automobiles (or boats, or motorcycles) usually through criminal acts. But it could also be through loans which were never paid.
It is just that the government is not in the business of owning cars, boats, motorcycles, etc. Rather than just let them sit there, they would rather take pennies on the dollar to get rid of them. So that is why you can pick up such a good deal here.
$100 – think about that! That could be your opening bid. Imagine driving away that car having to only pay ‘pennies on the dollar.’ There are times when you can get up to eighty percent off of the actual market value of the car.
Online, via the internet, one can find out where these auctions are, what kind of vehicles they have, and what day and time the auctions are. There are usually quite a few in most large cities in the country. There might be one near you. One thing you do want to do is to go down there and check out the vehicle for yourself. You would like to see the condition of the type of car you are looking at, rather than just bid for it online.
Used car dealers…..I would bet that you did not know that the majority of them get their cars from these auctions. 200% is what they would usually make when they eventually sell these cars to the shopper who come onto their lots. Wouldn’t it be better if you could pocket that money yourself? Why not pick up a good seized car from a government auction yourself and save a tremendous amount of money today.
It is exciting to get a good deal on a seized car from a government auction. You need to play smart with your finances.
