and now they are back in 2 years saying they want more money.Collection co.is suing me.What are my options. It was a ford taurus and I feel this is a unjust law suit. How do I respond to the courts?Finance saying auction paid less than what I owed.I was ill and falling behind on everything.I tried to work out
away to keep car.I set up pay arrangements and made a payment and scheduled to make another.Company says they took car back told I could get It back if I could pay all fees that had benn added including storage at repo center.I need advice.

I am in the middle of purchasing a used car from an auto auction house. i have kept all of my documentation. I have a recent charge off on my credit from a recent car accident and know my score is not the best. I reviewed docs that were sent to me from the finance company which do not match the forms i signed. I put a down pmt of 00 on my visa and later sent 0 over the phone 9days later. Less than two days after I drove off the lot (not yet financed) the car made horrible noises and with the sellers permission i took the car to the nearest manufacturer’s dealer, the repair was minor. The seller "took care" of the repairs, rental and diagnostic charges. On the agreement i signed the sales price is ,300 plus GAP, warranty and standard fees. The pink I just received in the mail from the finance company shows an inflated sales price of around ,150 with no GAP or warranty, it shows my total down payment of 00 on the original purch date & forged signatures. I need a car, this one works great, and want to start trying to fix my credit should i just play along?

I watch some of those repo shows on television like All Worked Up and Operation Repo. I have seen where the repo company doesn’t allow the owner of the vehicle to get their belongings out of the car when they come back to the company after the car was repossessed until the repo paper work has been fully processed, than they can get their stuff or something like that. I know Tru TV is just for pure entertainment purposes only, but they are based on real repos, just dramatized for television. Just wondering if it was true in real life that you can’t get your belongings out if you go back to the company after the car is repossessed? I just think it is ridiculous because, yes, you didn’t pay the finance company, and the car got repoed, but the repo company people should get the people’s belongings out for them and why do they not let them get their stuff out if it’s true?

My daughter defaulted on a car loan 7 years ago, the car was repossessed. Now she is having a car given to her, to be put in her name. Can the old finance company take the car that is being given to her as payment for the car loan that she defaulted on?

i told my lawyer that i wanted to surrender my car in bankruptcy, then the finance company filed a motion to get the car, fine come get it. now three weeks after my 341 meeting they still didn’t get the car what does it mean?
