Invoices amount can be demanded in a negotiation of new car. But can you legally demand the true wholesale price a dealer paid for a used car. In order words, how can you know what a dealer paid for a car that came into their fleet about a month ago. Please help.

I’m a car dealer, I was looking for some auto auctions in or around Dallas, TX that are open to the public and dealers as well. I’d like to take a fleet of vehicles to sell at an "Open to the Public" auto auction. If anyone knows, please let me know?
