My husband is looking at a 1995 Jeep Cherokee.
From what the guy that’s selling it told my husband, is that he bought the jeep from his father who repossessed it so it never came with a title.
In order for us to get an auto loan for it, we have to have a title.
Can’t the guy’s father call the bank or whoever financed it to get the title for it since he’s the one that repossessed it?

I just got a 1995 Jeep Cherokee sport from a auto auction.. The darn thing keeps turning off when I drive it a few miles. i have to pump the gas to get it to start, the steering wheel shakes a bit, then runs for a few miles before completely turning off. No warning likes come on, it just turns off and I have to start it again. Any Idea what is going on?

My car was towed and the towing charges were so extreme that I couldn’t afford to get it out. They are now selling it at Auction on Sept. 3rd. That means that with the daily charge, it will amount to over ,900.
I am responsible for paying the difference if the car auctions for less. I am trying to get any kind of ballpark estimate for how much a car like that might sell for.
It is 4 wheel drive with 82,000 miles.

Saw my first a few weeks ago. Light turns green for westbound traffic, traffic starts to go, all of a sudden here comes a woman in a convertible Audi into the intersection to get T-boned by a Jeep Cherokee. I saw it all and became a witness for the guy in the Cherokee. The cutie pie in the Audi had a look of disbelief, like "why didn’t you guys wait for me, can’t you see I’m important and can’t be bothered with red lights while I’m doing business on my phone???". She was probably a realtor chasing the same deal with 20 other starving realtors whose Audis and BMW 3 Series are about to get repossessed.
