Im looking to buy a car and would like to go to an auction. Ive heard that you can get good cars for less than a grand at auctions. And another thing what about these car auctions that are online that want you to pay membership fees, are they legit??

You will need a license and when you get will get in mail all auctions.Online -No way!!! You will pay what a dealer does -KBB trade in fair condition as a guide. Also auction fee. If you want a less then 1000.00 car go to New car dealers and ask to go to the “pen” which is where their auction bound cars go. They would love to sell a 1000.00 car there then pay 200.00 to sell and more to get it there at auctions. Plus they usually take under 1000.00 cars and sell in bunches as some lose money and some make but it is a more break even thing at auction when selling. If anyone asks you to pay fee to bid it is scam.

i am looking to buy a car for personal use pref a jeep, i am looking to buy either a repossessed car or preferably a minor damage insurance write off, anyone know any good websites that offer this?

I’m looking to buy a car that’s been repossessed because they’re dirt cheap.
I had this one website a few weeks ago that was perfect. Wide inventory, lots of info, cheap starting bids… but i cant find it now. one thing i remember about it is it had these little icons that would say like "runs and drives" with like a screwdriver and wrench on the icon. Can anyone help me out?
P.S.
dont try to talk me out of it. just amswer the question
P.S.S.
"dirt cheap" as in 0-0

As much as possible, you should have already decided on the make, model, and the brand. It is also a good idea if you already know the color that you prefer. This is very important because your task will be much easier if you already have a clear picture of what you want.

It is also essential for you to decide if you are going to purchase a new brand. But as you already know, these kinds of vehicles are very expensive. If you want, you can also purchase a previously owned unit. Some of these were repossessed by the financial companies or impounded by the police.

If you want to be more practical, then it will do you good if you will purchase an old unit. And to do so, it is a good idea if you will attend an auto auction event. This is actually one of the best places that you should go to whenever you are looking to buy a car as the units that are being sold here are very cheap.

But even so, you still need to make sure that you will get a good deal. As much as possible, you should still draft a budget and you know how to bid or negotiate.

It is also very important for you to see to it that the vehicle is still in good condition. You need to check if the parts are still functional and they can really take you for miles.

If you are looking to buy a car, you just need to browse through the various free classified ads or through your newspaper. It is also very convenient and definitely a good idea if you will do it online.
