I moved out of state for a job. I told the car company and sent them the paper work from my new state. They never said anything. I have been here for 5 months and have made all my payments on time. I have contacted them several times about things. Out of the blue this week , the repossessed my car for moving out of state. I found out it is in my contract that I have to have permission to take it out of state, but I am current on all my payments. I own more of this vehicle than they do. They have been taking my payments for 5 months now form my new address. Is there anything I can do?

Last year I was in an auto accident and was still paying on my car but was out of work for awhile so the dealership repoed my car and put a judgement against me but I missed the court date and still have the paper work they sent me so what happens now?? I don’t have the money to pay off the loan or have any assets.
