Auto Auction ? Refreshing Change From Pressure Salesmen

Auto Auction – Refreshing Change From Pressure Salesmen
When you are ready to buy a used car don’t go to a car lot and deal with high pressure salesmen, instead try an auto auction where you can find better selection and lower prices. The auto auction does not pressure sell, they let you place bids on the vehicles of your choice and there are no added commissions in the price. There are many different types of vehicles to choose from at the auto auction and the sales prices will vary, but they will always be more reasonable than a car lot.
If you go to the auto auction site you can look over the vehicles carefully before you bid. If you feel more comfortable you can bring along a mechanic with you. All used cars are sold as is no matter where you buy them. The auto auctions will only clean up the cars and will disclose any problems that they are aware of. There is a lot of fast-paced excitement going on once the auction begins, but no pressure. You can start and end your bidding where you feel comfortable and the auto auction will help finalize the paperwork for a smooth transaction.
The auto auction is there to sell cars and other vehicles to willing bidders and they are not out for the big profit margin like sales lots. The auto auction makes it so much more pleasurable to look around for just the right car for you. They let you make your decisions and then start the bidding.
If you have never gone to an auto auction then you need to soon. The action going on is very thrilling and the amount of vehicles that are sold in a single day will leave you speechless. You can also sell a vehicle if you would like and watch as the bids go higher and higher. You surely can’t get that at the car lot. Stop on in to the nearest auto auction and see how fast, exciting and organized all the action is. No pressure just action at the auto auction.
For an auto auction location near you go to http://www.capitalautoauction.com and join in on the action of the auto auction without the pressure.

My husband repossessed a car in Texas while the customer was in the store. Can he do that?
2nd February 2011
The customer called the police and the police went to the car lot and made them give her the car back and she made her payment. (imagine that) The police said you cannot leave someone stranded at the store. I need to know ASAP if he could get in trouble for this and if you find out where it says he can please give me the source! THANKS!!!
He repos for the used car lot he works for. I asked every department if he has to have a license to repo. There is no need for a license to repo. He is an employee of the car lot.
My husband was not arrested but he has to fill out a bunch of bull crap paperwork now.
Yes he always has a folder with all the documents required and reports it to the local police station as a repossession once the vehicle is in his possession.
Repossessed Roomies Car?
25th December 2010
Hello my roomate and I switched cars for a while…i was aware that she was behind on her payments, but didnt think much of it. The repoman came and took her car while it was in my possession. Is this possible. There was no paperwork to sign…i thought with a repo there was a signature involved and the owner had to be there?
Please no rude comments….my roomate and i are students and are just trying to get by. all rude comments will be reported
After I purchased a used car, I realized I was charged for extra options that I did not want. Also, the interest rate was higher than they quoted, they only gave me trade in value for my car but charged me wholesale for their car. I realize I signed the paperwork. My stupidity, their dishonesty. I can’t find out if I have a time frame in which to change my mind and return the car. I have contacted them and their response was, you signed the paperwork to purchase this car.
I am going to buy the car from a California private auto auction and have a california dealer who will do all the paperwork. Is there a form that I can get at a California Dmv so I do not have to pay the California Tax and Licnensing? I am driving this unit back to North Carolina.
