Government auctions? legit deals?
17th October 2009
Every day, the government confiscates, seizes and repossesses thousands of Vehicles. Ever wonder where it goes? It’s sold at government auctions at HUGE DISCOUNTS through "seizure and surplus" laws! These vehicles are usually typically listed at 90% OFF their original value and auctions usually start at 0.You WILL NOT buy a quality car cheaper anywhere else!
Why So Cheap?
Because it’s stuff the government just can’t keep! The government can’t afford to store these items. They actually lose money unless someone buys it fast. For you bargain shoppers out there, we are confident that once you have gotten your first taste of government auctions, shopping will never be the same.Because it’s more than just cars. Nearly anything you can imagine is on sale.
is this a scam? because theres link to websites it says to go and they say u have to pay to be a member in order to view the car..crap…how about police impounds?
Repo Vehicles for Buyers with Small Budget
2nd October 2009
A Repo vehicles auction enables a buyer with a small budget to own his own signature car. These cars will be sold at a much lower price, probably up to 90% less of its actual selling price in the market. Therefore, if you want to get an automobile for less, here is a good option for you.
Most of these repossessed cars came from banks. They may have been loaned by some people who weren?t able to finish their payment obligations. In turn, the bank took them back. They will soon be resold to those who can qualify as their new owners.
On the other hand, there are smuggled cars that police took possession of. Some of them are owned by people who have committed grave offenses. The number of vehicles that police authorities confiscate each day is quite huge and they too will be sold at auctions at a much cheaper price.
These vehicles still have good forms and condition. The reason why they are being sold at super low prices is that the firms that have taken possession of them will be forced to spend so much money for repairs and the like if they will stay under their jurisdiction. For such reason, they find it wiser to dispose them at once by conducting regular public sales.
Upon visiting auctions for repo vehicles, you can ask about cars that have reparable damages. They are also sold for a much lower cost. You only need to understand that in order to use them properly, you have to bring them to a repair shop first. These damages can be scratches and some minor defects in the machine that can be worked on.
Beware of scams though. Some people only want to rip you off with money. In order to avoid getting scammed, it will serve you best if you will check on the authenticity of an auction. Find out if they were authorized or not. You can do this by contacting the bank or the agency.
Before you attend any sales event, visit various databases on the net first and get all the necessary information about authorized auctions and public sales. This option is better than dealing with a middleman because you will be able to save a good amount of money in your pocket.
When purchasing repo vehicles, aside from the overall condition of the car, you should also examine if there are hidden charges to pay. It?s quite important that you understood all the terms and conditions before signing up to purchase the item.
