Repossessed Roomies Car?

25th December 2010

Hello my roomate and I switched cars for a while…i was aware that she was behind on her payments, but didnt think much of it. The repoman came and took her car while it was in my possession. Is this possible. There was no paperwork to sign…i thought with a repo there was a signature involved and the owner had to be there?

Please no rude comments….my roomate and i are students and are just trying to get by. all rude comments will be reported
