Where would I have to go to apply for a license to purchase from a police auction? And what qualifications would I need? I live in the SF Bay Area in Northern California and I wanted to start buying cars from the auctions

i googled but found nothing useful. i would appreciate it if you have information on where i can buy a used auto at an auto auction and location. it would be great if you’re already buying from the auction around my area and can shine some light on info on how to buy it? what are the requirements, etc….? thanks in advance!

preferably repossessed and impounded cars..any suggestions??I been searching around but its been a tough search
