what exactly will happen?

I have a car that i leased 2 years ago – the lease is up in July 2008 – however, i dont want the car anymore and i am already over my miles … if i have it any longer i will be stuck with thousands in overmileage usage. The car is in my moms name – and frankly her credit is already to hell…

i would like to know if i just stop paying the payment – and they come take the car – what will happen? will they also repossess belongings to pay what is owed on the car? or will they just send the bill to collection?

can someone please help?! thankkkksss sooo much in advance!
