How much would a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport typically sell for at a Police Auction?

My car was towed and the towing charges were so extreme that I couldn’t afford to get it out. They are now selling it at Auction on Sept. 3rd. That means that with the daily charge, it will amount to over ,900.
I am responsible for paying the difference if the car auctions for less. I am trying to get any kind of ballpark estimate for how much a car like that might sell for.
It is 4 wheel drive with 82,000 miles.
Has anyone bought a Jeep Cherokee Sport at Police Auction?
