How much should a 1990 Honda Civic with 203,000 miles sell at a drug seized sherrif’s auction?

Here in town there will be an auction of cars seized in drug deals and I was just wondering what you guys would pay for the 90 honda civic. Here’s the only description from the site:
1990 Honda Civic VIN# 1HGCB7269LA080237 203,000 miles
I have not seen the car or know what the condition is, but if it’s in "good" about how much would you bid on it? 0?
