  1. You left out one part; if they sell the car off for more then you owe; say you owe $2,000 and it sells for $4,500 they can not profit from it; they must send you the overage. Just because it sold for $2,500 more then you owed dont mean you will get the full $2,500. They will deduct repo & storage fees ad well as auction fees but nontheless they must pay you the differance and wont, hell they wont even tell you unless you come looking for it.

  3. If they are repo’s, they are likely not maintained very well and likely beat to piss by the owners that could careless about making a payment much less maintinence.

    I wouldn’t want to pay blue book on that shit either.

    Here’s Herkies #2 tip on how to avoid these motherfuckas!

    1: Change your plate.. This is easy and cheap to do! #2 Take a peace of Duck tape “Cover up your vin in the windsheld… #3: Peal off the vin number inside the drivers door jam! 4: Change your phone number to a unlisted number!
    5: If someone calls u don’t knwo Hang up right away. 6: if u get anything in the mail.. like a pen or other small device. Get rid of it asap “Its a repo tracking device
