now thinks that it gives her the right to minipulate ppl around her. She forced me to borrow money from her to get a reliable car for work, knowing full well that I couldn’t afford to pay her back. I give her 100 a month but it always causes my bills to slide and I can’t keep up. Then any time that there is some type of work that she doesn’t want to do she puts it off on me. I don’t mind the work, i sure need the money, but it is degrading to me that she is able to put me in those type of situations where I don’t have a choice in the matter. I pull cars for an auto auction. and it takes two ppl for the job other wise it takes a lot longer time to have to walk back and forth finding these cars. Lately she has hired a drug addict that has managed to wiggle her way into my bosses life. They are so much alike it isn’t even funny. Anyway this girl has managed to con my boss into thinking that she wants to go into treatment and make a better life for herself, but in the 6 months that she has been with us she has managed to convince my boss that she and her boyfriend need financial help so the boss gave her 900 dollars to help out. then the girl told the boss that her boyfriend spent it on drugs. ( at the same time, this girl managed to miss 4 days of work because she was hung over, she wrecked her car being drunk, got a dui over it , got arrested for stealing a single beer from a store, all this within 3 week period. So she goes wimpering back to my boss, who then bails her out of jail. not with a bailbondsman either, takes her to all her court appts. and now the girl is living with the boss until she "goes into treatment". I have to work my job, the bosses job and her job too. I am about ready to blow up. I can’t say anything to the boss, because she thinks i am jealous of this girl. Ha. I like the girl but i can’t stand her for what she is doing to the boss, who by the way has a heart of gold. How can I make the boss see that she is being used with out causing her to think that I am jealous.

   Hi…

   First of all, no one can "force" you to borrow money from them to buy a car. This was an offer, and you took it. so it’s not your boss’s fault that you are struggling to pay your bills.

   The next thing i’d like to say is – if your boss hires drug addicts and lets people use her, it’s not your problem. She’s an adult and needs to figure this out for herself. Also, some people are so needy they like to feel in control of everything and actually LET other people use them (as if it’s normal or something).

   Maybe it’s time for you to look for another job and get out of that mess.

   expose the druggie for who she is. find any little bit of drugs/evidence you can that this girl is using your boss who obviously cant notice herself. Find a way to be invited to your bosses house, say your going to the bathroom sneak into the girls room, lock the door, find whatever drugs or parephanelia you can, sneak out with it, get your boss alone, and show her how much of a mooch this girl really is. might sound a little out there but it will work. and if you dont wanna try that. lie. tell your boss the girl doesnt even have a boyfriend. that she really took the 900 and wasted it on crack. goood luck and i hope everything turns out cool. =]

   I’m confused. First you said your boss was manipulative and forced you into a loan you couldn’t afford. When ever she can’t finish a job she puts it off on you. But at the bottom, you say she has a heart of gold. It sounds like you might be a bit jealous but not of the girl, but of the treatment she is getting from your boss.
