Question by Batates ♱: what are some really good and cheap car auctions in southern california?
Looking for used cars that i can sell retail for $ 3000-$ 10,000. Are they any auctions (not public) they are cheap and have pretty good cars? in Southern Cali.

Except for specialty or collector (think Barrett Jackson), bank repossession, governmental seizure and fleet disposal and eBay auctions, all of which ARE public, the balance are going to be the very same ones through which any other dealer obtains its wholesale used inventory.

Apart from any registration fees which, in most cases are nominal when amortized over the volume of vehicles a typical dealer is likely purchase, an auction is an auction is an auction, unless it happens to be a one-off liquidation due to a particularly large number of a particular type of vehicle being offered.

There really aren’t that many established auction operators in a given region to begin with, so you might as well follow the pack.
