what can i do with a repossessed car?

on jan 18 was our first monthly payment we called and did a pyment by phone, now this month we get a new statement saying we owe last months payment and the new month, the new payment isnt even due and today they went to my boyfriends job and took the truck i kept calling the bank and said theres nothing we can do until monday, but that there might have been an error,,,,,,what can we do ?? are we getting our truck back???

The bank is closed on Monday but if you call on tuesday they will tell you all the money you have to pay to get the vehicle back. It will be all the payments missed plus towing plus more.
If there is a mistake you will need receipts to show you paid them, but more likely it’s a misunderstanding and you really do owe them all the money.

if you can get the cash you can get the vehicle back. They don’t want it — so they might work with you.
