I want to buy a car for around 20,000 to 30,000 dollars. I don’t have that much money in the bank, but I want to buy a used car instead of leasing a new car. What is the best process for this? Thanks.

  1. You make a deal to have the car financed and pay for it over time. Stop and think about this first. You can get a pretty nice used car for half what you’re talking about spending. How about looking in the newspaper to get a idea what things cost. Next look in Consumer Reports to see which cars are worth having and which ones will run you to the poor house from always breaking down.

  2. It should be 4-door, 4-cyls, not sporty. I would prefer Honda or Toyota… First time drivers usually have much more expensive car insurance, and it depends from car. You should compare insurance rates while choosing the car – for example here – carinsurance.deep-ice.com
