  1. Maybe a car detailing business. pay an hourly rate to an employee. they can detail your used cars, make them look new, and also service customers cars. Im thinking 50 to a 100 a car.

    its all about quality

  3. You have space, you have used car dealership, your core competence is in used car and you know about engines. You probably have a repair shop or a garage. If I were you I will be more comfortable with a business close to my core competence. So I would start a swap meet for car parts and car accessories. Overflow the business by going to used motor cycles and motor cycle parts. Look for hard to find parts for classic models of motor cycles and cars and sell them. Rent you free space to those that may want to sell anything connected to cars, motor cycles, may be even jet skis, small lawn truck tors anything with engines. The concept is a swap meet. So you rent space who want to use your free space and you must have your own outlet. If you have traffic meaning people visiting then you can have hot dog stand. You can also rent it to insurance companies that insures cars. The possibilities of a swap meet is endless, Good Luck
