you are probably going to have to pay to find out that info. or it will be quicker and cheaper. you can spend $30 one time or spend hours/days searching for something free. cheapest one i know of is http://certified-auctions.com/

Unfortunately you will need to access a private database for this information. Governments won’t release this sort of information for free as they want limited buyers to get the cheap cars. Definitely worth to check out a paid private database and once done unsubscribe to avoid the fees.

go to www. gov. type in auctions should be able to find a site listing. or at least register and get on there mailing list.
