Can anyone tell me who owns Manheim Auto Auction, and how I can contact them directly; the owners not the head of the corporate office please.

It is owned by Cox Communications. You can contact the owner at cox.com. They use cox.net for all of their cable and phone businesses, but dot com for the auto auction.
